("Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: HMX) announces that effective November 6, 2013, it has continued from the Province of Alberta to the Province of British Columbia (the "Continuance") pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders of the Corporation at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on November 5, 2013. Hunt also announces the resignation of Messrs. Scott Brunsdon and Jacques Perron from the Board of Directors of the Corporation, owing to personal reasons and other commitments.
