Hunt Mining Corp has put together an impressive mining land package in Argentina's Santa Cruz Province. In total, the company holds mineral rights to 47 properties covering 1,738 km sq. (429,358 acres or 173,755 hectare).
Hunt Mining properties are located within prominent geographical feature, the Deseado Massif, which has a proven to host significant epithermal precious Metal deposits.
Hunt Mining management has a history of mining success with a number of precious metal projects discovered in the Santa Cruz Province, including discovering and bringing to production the world's then richest silver deposit, the Martha Mine, located 100 km south of the Company's flagship property and now a key piece of the property package held by Hunt Mining, acquired in May 2016 from Coeur Argentina SRL.

Chairman of the Board/CEO
Mr. Hunt is the founder and president of Huntwood Industries, one of the largest building products manufacturers in the Western United States. Tim Hunt has led the development of Huntwood Industries for the past 28 years, taking the business from a start-up venture to a significant middle-market enterprise; responsible for over 2 billion dollars in sales. He has significant investment experience raising capital and negotiating private equity placements for numerous companies. During a period as a licensed securities broker, Mr. Hunt also cultivated and developed lasting alliances in the mining and investment communities. He has been recognized for his leadership in the financial services sector and served on the board of directors for a regional bank. He has been involved in the mining sector for over 30 years, including the period as an investment broker. As an avid believer in giving back to the community, Mr. Hunt and his wife Resa also serve on the board of directors for the Dream Center Foundation.
Chief Operations Officer and Director of Mining
Mr. Hardy is the former COO and Senior Vice-President for Coeur Mining Inc. (CDE:NYSE), and has over 40 years of technical and operational experience which includes 12 years in Latin America. Mr. Hardy holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Arizona, and is a registered professional engineer. Mr. Hardy resided in Argentina for 5 years, while being the general manager of the Martha Mine and was instrumental from the initial startup thru the 240 TPD Mill construction and subsequent full scale operations. Mr. Hardy has operational, cost control, due diligence, strategic mine planning, and feasibilty studies experience, and maintains strong political relationships with regional emphasis in Argentina.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Meek, MBA, CPA, holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Rocky Mountain College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Idaho. For over 30 years, Mr. Meek has worked for mining companies including ASARCO Incorporated for 17 years, ascending from Metallurgical Account to Accounting Manager; Coeur d’Alene Mines Corp. for over 10 years, including 5 years as Treasurer and Manager of Budget and Forecasting, where he traveled extensively to South America to visit the mines for which he was responsible; Sterling Mining Company for almost 4 years in the position of CFO and Romarco Minerals Inc. for 1 year in the role of CFO.
Mr. Atwood, CPA, CA, BMGT, was appointed the Corporation’s controller March 1, 2017. Mr. Atwood will be involved with the production activities related to the Martha Mine located in Santa Cruz Province, Argentina.
Mr. Atwood, bilingual in English and Spanish, will report to the Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation, and will be heavily involved with Hunt’s staff in Argentina. Mr. Atwood is the former Chief Financial Officer for the St. Eugene Golf Resort Casino, and was formerly employed as an Assurance Manager with BDO Canada in Cranbrook, BC. Mr. Atwood holds a CPA, CA designation, and received his Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge.
Chief Administration Officer and Corporate Development
Mr. Little served as CFO from January, 2014 until June, 2016. Mr. Little has years of international business and financial experience. Mr. Little has had an intimate involvement in all aspects of Hunt Mining, since the Corporation’s inception, serving as the direct assistant to President/CEO Tim Hunt. With the appointment of Jim Meek as Chief Financial Officer, as well as the acquisition of the Martha Mine and the company’s preparation to become a producer of gold and silver in late 2016, Mr. Little will be instrumental in the development of such future activities.
Director of Project Development
Mr. Klaus Triebel is a Mining Engineer and Geologist, having worked most recently for Coeur Mining, Inc. as Manager – Resource Estimation. Previously, Mr. Triebel has worked as a principal geologist for TetraTech (Wardrop Engineering of Vancouver), as a Senior Mine Geologist and Chief Modeler with Kinross Gold at the Fort Knox Mine (open pit) Fairbanks, Alaska, and numerous other companies in North America and Europe. He holds a Bachelor's degree in mining engineering from Germany and a Master's degree in geological engineering from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. He is a member of AIPG and can act as a Qualified Person as defined by Canadian National Instrument 43-101.
General Manager Argentina
Mr. Silva has over 20 years of experience in the natural resources industry, including over 13 years as a geologist in base and precious metal mining exploration. Danilo Silva has served as Senior Geologist and Project Manager for Yamana Resources and Compania Minera Polimet, as Senior Geologist for Buenaventura, and as General Manager for Platero Resources. While serving in these positions, he discovered numerous viable gold and silver targets. He has led successful exploration and drill programs and has managed the advancement of numerous projects, including the discovery and development of the Mina Martha high-grade silver mine in Santa Cruz Province. Mr. Silva has served as a consulting geologist for several companies, including Placer Dome and Hidefield Gold. He holds a degree in Geological Science from the National University at Bahia Blanca in Argentina.

Darrick Hunt is the Chief Financial Officer of Huntwood Industries, one of the largest building products manufacturers in the Western United States. He has significant experience in international financing and over the years has secured debt and equity financings and is also well versed in establishing international business operations. Mr. Hunt is the managing member of a privately held mining company in Mexico. And, Mr. Hunt holds a license as a Certified Public Accountant under the Board of Accountancy of Washington State and has a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Gonzaga University.
Alastair H. Summers
Mr. Summers, also known as Al, has more than 40 years in mine development and production in both North and South America, including over 10 years as an executive for Hecla Mining Company. Al Summers was Vice President and General Manager for Minera Hecla de Mexico, responsible for the design, construction, and reclamation of the La Choya open pit/heap leach gold mine. Mr. Summers also served as President and General Manager of Minera Hecla Venezuela, initiating improvements to Hecla’s La Camorra operation, which resulted in production increases from 85,000 to 250,000 ounces of gold per year. Mr. Summers’ distinguished career includes the development, design and operation of several successful mines for The Bunker Hill Company, Western Nuclear, and American Mine Services. He is a registered Professional Geologist and Professional Engineer in Colorado.
Alan Chan is a professional engineer and an entrepreneur. He graduated from University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1973. Since graduation, he worked in a number of industries and held various senior technical and management positions. In 1994, he founded China Pacific Industrial Corp. to pursue joint venture projects in China. Since the mid-1990s, Mr. Chan has been involved in the establishment of a number of public companies and assisted them in completing a number of financings, mergers and acquisitions. Until August, 2006, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of IVG Enterprises, listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He was also a director of IVG Enterprises until August 30, 2007. He is a director, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Grand Power Logistics Group Inc., listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, and is a director of Ginger Beef Corporation, listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Senior Technical Advisor
Mr. Klohn, is a Licensed Professional Geologist with 44 years of experience in minerals exploration, discovery and research. He has worked on precious metal, base metal, uranium and coal projects in various countries throughout the world. After serving 25 years as a Professional Exploration Geologist and Senior Research Scientist with Exxon Corporation, Mr. Klohn spent 10 years as the Argentina Project Manager and Exploration Vice President for Yamana Gold Inc. Most recently, Mr. Klohn served as Exploration VP for Aura Gold Inc. and Nevoro Inc. He has also acted as a senior geological consultant, director and technical advisor for numerous junior and senior mining companies. Mr. Klohn has B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in geology, is a member of various professional geological societies, and is a Qualified Person as defined by Canadian National Instrument 43-101.
